ABOUT OUR PRODUCT
Our sheets are made of 100% recycled plastic. They are hard-wearing, resistant to mold and 100% waterproof. They have medium resistance to scratching (can be prevented by a special coating) and medium resistance to UV radiation. In addition, they are easy to clean and maintain. The final surface can be glossy, sanded or textured. The panels can be cut, drilled, and fixed using glue or screws. We are happy to provide our handling instructions if you email us at ciao@novavita.design.
SHEET SIZE & THICKNESS
The sheets come in 1 x 1 meter size, however, for an additional fee, we can cut them for you into any size or shape. If a larger sheet is required, the individual sheets can be joined relatively easily. Most carpentry joints will work. We recommend tongue & groove joint, gluing or screwing them. The standard thicknesses we provide are: 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm.
However, any bespoke thickness is also possible for an additional fee - please reach out to us directly at ciao@novavita.design.
SAMPLES
At NOVAVITA we try to avoid overproduction at every cost. Most of the materials we produce are tailor-made for the final users (and therefore fully customizable). We do keep 4 signature textures in stock. We provide a sample box including our all 4 signature textures for fixed fee 1000 CZK / 35 GBP. Please reach out at ciao@novavita.design to order your box. We are also happy to create a tailor made sample for you and even incorporate your specific waste into our sheets/samples.
INSTALLATION
For an additional fee, we are happy to cover both supply and fit. Reach out to us to discuss the best possible installation form. We have also developed a bespoke installation modular system. (see below) This can be supplied together with our materials.
PRICING
Our sheets are priced between 150 to 250 GBP per m2 - the final price per m2 depends on quantities, thickness, and final treatment of the surface. Reach out to receive detailed quote for your project at: ciao@novavita.design
CERTIFICATIONS
Currently we are undergoing: EPD, Fire regulation and VOC regulations - those should be ready within few months.
